Share your experiences of mental health services following pregnancy or baby loss - Survey
This is an opportunity to tell us about your mental health following your experience of pregnancy or baby loss.
The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. The questions will cover the following topics:
- did you feel you needed professional support following your loss?
- were you able to access support?
- if so, was it helpful?
- did anything prevent you from getting support?
- more about you and your experience of pregnancy or baby loss.
With this information we can better understand what is happening across the UK and let the government know what needs to improve. All responses will be kept anonymous and will be used in reports and briefings to explain to the government what needs to change.
We are interested in hearing from people of all backgrounds, including fathers and partners, and from both those who received mental health support and those who did not.
If it is difficult for you to read or write in English please email campaigns@sands.org.uk and we will try to help.
